PRETTY IN PINK

SunTrust Financial Centre Lights Up Pink for National Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Tampa, FL - Starting this week one of the premier office towers in Tampa's central business district, SunTrust Financial Centre, will be lit with 176 lights covered in pink stage lighting gels in recognition of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Adorning the top of the building's ziggurat, which measures approximately 50 vertical feet will be a total of 960 square feet of bright pink illumination.

SunTrust Financial Centre is the most recent addition to the office skyline of Tampa and at 36 stories tall contains 527,237 square feet of Class "A" office space. The tower is managed and leased by Trammell Crow Company (NYSE: TCC).

The building's lights are changed periodically during the year. During the holiday season the ziggurat features red and green. And after last year's Super Bowl victory, the building proudly shone the colors of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The ziggurat has also been lit up red, white, and blue to honor the victims of September 11th.

"Breast cancer is a devastating disease and the threat of it can absolutely be lessened through education and awareness. We at SunTrust Financial Centre are very proud to be able to help spread the message that early detection saves lives," says Claire Caylor Calzon, senior vice president at TCC who heads up leasing of SunTrust Financial Centre. TCC property manager Patty Del Villar oversees management services at the building.

"This year we will also be giving away Pink Lady Bug Designs Chocolates to our key female contacts in the building and in the Tampa commercial real estate market," she adds. Pink Lady Bug Designs was founded by Linda Herter after her recovery from breast cancer. A portion of the company's proceeds help to support the fight against breast cancer. Pink Lady Bug Chocolates are featured in the October issue of Oprah Magazine.

National Breast Cancer Awareness Month is dedicated to increasing awareness of breast cancer issues, especially the importance of early detection of breast cancer. This message is communicated through a nationwide educational campaign to audiences including women in all age and ethnic groups, the general public, state and federal governments, women's health care professionals, and employers. During 2003 an estimated 211,300 new cases of breast cancer are expected to occur among women in the United States. NBCAM encourages all women to recognize the importance of early detection by participating in National Mammography Day on October 17, 2003.
